Douglas was first class! Arrived on time, launched straight into the issue, since I was asking he explained what he was doing. He was organised, methodical and efficient with his time and very quickly found the problem and dealt with it. Then tested the machine three times I think. If I ever need to call again for help, please send Douglas!
