I like the immediate response to send a technician to fix the problem with my dishwasher that the day after only I made a phone call to the company and didn’t have with him the spare part that was needed to fix the problem and he said that he will order and come back as soon as possible

Lifesaver. Sorted our draining problem with our 14 yr old Miele dishwasher in 30 minutes. Had the spare part in the truck and spent the time to teach me how to avoid future problems and troubleshoot. Great tech, friendly, knew what he was taking about. Highly recommended
